TUITION
- Practical lessons are available for all
ages and abilities in Organ, Piano and Voice and students can
choose whether to pursue the grade examinations for the Associated
Board of the Royal Schools of Music, alternative boards such
as Trinity or Guildhall, or learn for the sheer joy and pleasure
of playing or singing.
- Theory and aural support for all examination
purposes.
- ‘Reluctant Organists’ who have
taken on the role of church organist but are primarily pianists
are particularly welcome and will be given all the support needed
including advice on registration, pedal technique, voluntaries,
hymn and psalm accompaniment and improvisation, to ensure that
their conversion to the organ is non threatening and enjoyable.
- With a record of 100% past student pass
rates at GCSE and A-level and over twenty five years teaching
experience in schools and more recently as an examiner, Victor
offers home tuition and support for academic examination candidates
and can provide all the essential information, techniques and
strategies they need to ensure that they perform to the best
of their ability and achieve the highest possible grade.
- Piano, singing lessons, theory, aural
training and academic tutoring are all offered, where possible,
in the comfort of your own home.
- Organ lessons
are given on the fine 3 manual Walker/Arnold instrument in St.
Edmund’s Church, Southwold or if preferred at a venue
more suitable for the student.
